Are you interesting on the icon of exe (*.exe) or dll (*.dll) file that you have? And you want to use the icon? Now by using Get Icons  (272.61 kb) you can extract the icon of the exe and dll file and then you can save that icon into icon format file (*.ico). Follow the instructions below to use this freeware.

1. Download the software from: http://www.newfreefiles.com/files/GetIcons.zip

2. Open the software.

3. Click Open button and serach the file that you want to take the picture. Remember, you just can extract the picture from exe and dll file. Then click open button.

4.  Now you will see the picture that you will extract appear on the software.

5. Click Save button, give file name, and then click Save button.

6. The picture will be saved in ico (*.ico) file format.
